Bishop's sarcophagus at Cashel on the Rock

In April 1999, Todd and Rylee took a short trip to the west coast of Ireland.  It was the first sunny weekend of the year according to locals.  We had the best dinner in a restaurant call the Wild Goose in Adare, Co. Limerick.  The service and food was impeccable.

The pictures of the coast were taken on the Dingle Peninsula.  The people are so warm and wonderful.

When in Ireland, you must experience a Guinness poured from the tap.  There is nothing like a fresh Guinness to give you strength.

Cashel on the Rock

The Dingle Pennisula is rugged, craggy and  the natural side of Ireland. It is in the County of Kerry.  If you like peace and quite and don't mind a few sheep, The Dingle is the place to go.

Cashel The castle is called Cashel on the Rock in the city of Cashel, County Tipperary. For hundreds of years it was the base of the Catholic Church in Ireland.  Legend says that St. Patrick preached at this site.
